All materials supplied to Skid-Marketing for a project must be either owned by the client or given copyright permission for publication.

Skid-Marketing is not responsible for any copyright infringements.

Unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing by Skid-Marketing, all projects require a fifty (50) percent non-refundable deposit payable by cash or cheque prior to their initiation. The remainder is due upon completion.

It is agreed that Skid-Marketing retains ownership of all "source-file" digital materials created by Skid-Marketing unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing by Skid-Marketing. All parties agree that Skid-Marketing owns all other digital materials and all non-digital materials created by Skid-Marketing until payment is received in full.

Full payment is due upon project completion, and must be made by cash or cheque. Websites will only be "uploaded" onto your domain after Skid-Marketing receives all funds paid in full.

Any request to cancel a project must be made in writing to Skid-Marketing and include an authorized signature. The fifty (50) percent deposit made upon initial agreement will not be refunded.

Websites created by Skid-Marketing must display the Skid Logo and the "Website Design by Skid-Marketing" text on all pages of the site at the sole discretion of Skid-Marketing.

Skid-Marketing also reserves the right to include your site on our website (www.skid-mark.ca) as well as any projects that we have developed.

Skid-Marketing reserves the right to reject projects that have objectionable content including, but not limited to, projects that promote criminal activity, hatred, racism, pornography, or any other objectionable content at the sole discretion of Skid-Marketing.

Skid-Marketing reserves the right to update our terms, policies, services, and prices without liability. Any questions can be directed to info@skid-mark.ca.

All prices are listed in Canadian currency.
